Brochures are sent annually to companies that purchase or recommend Florida Septic Tank products.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The grapevine often reveals opposition to onsite treatment installation in a given county, and Vause makes presentations to counter this opposition. <\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When dealing with specifying engineers, Vause provides technical handouts and design criteria. When talking to plumbers or contractors, she emphasizes service. When dealing with the public, Vause notes that homeowners control the cost of the system.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul R. Ashburn, president of Ashco Precast Co. and Ashco-A-Corp. in Morgantown, W.Va., is a founding father of the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA) and the National Small Flows Clearinghouse. He also sits on the boards of the Rule Making Committee of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and the West Virginia Sewage Advisory Board. He promotes the &#8220;total package&#8221; of onsite treatment: design, permitting, manufacturing, construction, and management.
