It is located adjacent to the Meydenbauer Center and nine miles east of downtown Seattle.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two 29-story towers\u2014The Residences at The Bravern\u2014will offer 786,000 square feet of residential space in 450 upscale living units of three types: city homes, condominium estates, and penthouses. Also on the site will be 745,000 square feet of Class-A office space in two additional tower\u2014one 12 stories tall and the other 23\u2014as well as 305,000 square feet of retail space anchored by Neiman Marcus.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A seven-level, 3100-stall subterranean parking garage with four entry points will accommodate residents and the 3700 people expected to work in the complex.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project developer, Schnitzer Northwest, used design tours of best-in-class buildings in 28 cities around the world as inspiration when developing plans for The Bravern. The end result is a design that, among other amenities, incorporates a grand arrival court and open-air plaza, creating a community gathering place. It also will include outdoor seating areas, a 17-foot-high waterfall, a stone sculpture entrance, and an outdoor fireplace.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General contractor Skanska USA Building is erecting the post-tensioned concrete structures.
