Times have changed and so has the construction industry, however, some Mega Projects are still moving forward even in this recessionary world.<\/p> <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, the overall number of Mega Projects has dwindled, but many of these projects are constructed out of necessity, as opposed to opulence.
