Tremco Group Acquires Canadian Adhesives and Sealants Manufacturer
Tremco Group announced today the acquisition of certain assets of Chemtron Manufacturing Ltd., a Calgary-based manufacturer of construction adhesives, sealants and tapes with annual net sales of approximately $5 million. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
